DIRECTIONS to RES

Please use the front entrance of the school.

 From Route 7 South (Norwalk, Wilton, Westport)

 Take Route 7 heading north towards Danbury.  At the junction of Routes 7, 107 & 57, take a right onto Route 107 North. (Shell gas on corner & Caraluzzi’s Food Market .) Follow Route 107 North through Georgetown heading into Redding for about 5 miles.  At the 2nd stop sign, take a right continuing on Route 107 north.  Redding Elementary School will be about 1.5 miles on the left on Route 107.   (NOTE:  Route 107 is also known as Lonetown Road where the school is located.)

From Route 7 (Ridgefield)

 Take Route 102 south to the traffic light at Route 7.  Take a right onto Route 7 heading south towards Norwalk.  At the junction of Routes 7, 107 & 57, take a left onto Route 107 heading NORTH.  (Shell gas on corner & Caraluzzi’s Food Market on left.)  Follow Route 107 North through Georgetown heading into Redding for about 5 miles.  At the 2nd stop sign, take a right continuing on Route 107 north.  Redding Elementary School will be about 1.5 miles on the left on Route 107.   (NOTE:  Route 107 is also known as Lonetown Road where the school is located.)

From Route 302 (Bethel, Danbury, Newtown)

 Take Route 302 to Route 58 heading SOUTH heading towards Fairfield.  You will pass Steck’s Nursery in Bethel & come up to the beginning of Putnam Park.  Bear to the right at the junction of Route 107 heading SOUTH.  (Another Putnam Park entrance will be on your right when you make the right onto Route 107 south.)  At 1st stop sign, take a left continuing on Route 107 south.  Redding Elementary School is approximately .8 miles on the right.

From Merritt Parkway (Exit 42)

 Take Route 57 heading north towards Danbury, Georgetown, Weston.  At junction of Route 53 & 57, you will continue STRAIGHT on Route 53 NORTH (Newtown Turnpike).  Follow Route 53 north approximately 7 miles through Weston into Redding.  You will continue around the Saugatuck Reservoir taking a LEFT continuing NORTH on Route 53.  At the 1st stop sign, continue straight to the 2nd stop sign.  Take a right onto Route 107 heading NORTH.  Redding Elementary School will be about 1.5 miles on the left. 

 Take Merritt Parkway to Norwalk, Exit 40, take Route 7 North past Wilton to Georgetown.  At Georgetown, turn right at traffic light onto Route 107.  (Shell Gas Station on left corner.)  Take Route 107 to Redding Center about 5 miles, as you approach Redding Center, Route 107 takes a sharp right turn. (Route 53 goes straight ahead.) Watch signs and be sure you turn right with 107.  Follow it up a hill, at the top of the hill Route 107 swings toward the left. Now look for the school about ¼ mile ahead on your left.

 Take Connecticut Turnpike to Exit 24 or Merritt Parkway Exit 45.  Follow Route 58 north to Redding Ridge.  Watch for Christ Episcopal Church on your left.  At the Church turn left onto Cross Highway.  Follow Cross Highway until it ends at Route 107, about 2 miles. Turn right (sharp) onto Route 107.  Look for the school about ¼ mile ahead on your left.

Take I-84 to Newtown, Exit 10, follow signs to Newtown Center.  At the flagpole turn left (Route 25.)  Continue to first traffic light, take a right turn onto Route 302.  Follow 302 to Bethel.  Look for Route 58, which turns left at traffic light.  Take Route 58 to Putnam Park.  At Park turn right onto Route 107, it turns left at stop sign. You will pass the Redding Country Club on the right, and in about 2 miles you will see the school on your right.
